I know there are many different things you can do with Word, Excel, and Power Point. And it is always intriguing to me to find out what else there is out there. In fact, just last night at bible study, one of the guys that works with Microsoft was explaining some different features they have. Granted, he was talking about different programs but it was still so cool.
Some different features that I know about:
Word:
mail merge
insert equations
will form bibliography for you automatically
translate what you type into different languages
Excel:
you can export/input address books into excel from websites and such
adding/subtracting/multiplying/dividing rows and columns
add multiple types of charts and graphs from data inputed
insert math/trig equations
Power Point:
add movies/sound clips to your slides
protect your presentation
These are some of the things I have found that you can do. I look forward to learning more things!
