Today's class was funny to me. For some reason, my cooperating teacher decided she was going to crack down on all the talkers. Because she usually does not, none of the students really took her seriously. Two of the students got frustrated because "everyone else is talking". Another girl just made up excuses why she was talking: "we were talking about pi" and "it's about math" even though clearly it wasn't since neither were taking notes. Instead of cracking down on the excuses, my teacher just told her to wait until later which didn't work because they just started talking again. But now, they were laughing at the fact that the teacher tried to get them to stop talking.
I know I've talked about it before but each time this happens in this class, it reminds me how important consistent disciple is.
