My Last Day

I finished my observation hours finally today. I think I was the only one still going. My school and I had so many mix-matched breaks: their mid-winter break, our spring break, their WASL, their spring break, and another WASL week. So it took me a lot longer to get done.
I got my evaluations back from both of my teachers. Not surprisingly, I got low scores on involvement. I knew that that was going to happen but its still frustrating. I mean, two of my classes are computer classes where I can't get involved and the other two the teachers pretty much lecture for about 3/4 of the time. I can't get involved that way and so that leaves about 10-15 minutes where about 1/4 of the class works on their homework while the other 3/4 don't. The 1/4 of the class that does are the good students who don't have questions. So it's just frustrating. I am glad that I'm done. I look forward to the fall where I'll be there every day and actually get to do stuff.
