My observation includes two different teachers. Each one is part time so the first is only there until 10:30 and then thats when the other one comes. Its fun to see the difference between the two teachers. The first is very organized and gets most of the papers for her classes graded that day. It doesn't seem like she ever takes any additional work home with her. And since she is so organized, when 10:30 comes around she is done for the day and so she leaves.
The other teacher is not so organized. She usually is flying in shortly before class starts and then usually seems to be all flustered trying to get ready for the day. Of the days that I am there, she has only been early once. Apparently one of the days she was planning on getting there early and then something got in the way so she ended up being only 5 minutes early or so.
It makes me chuckle to see how vastly different these two teachers are.
